We are a QUALITY fashion house on a mission to source and offer highest quality materials with the lowest price imaginable. Our products are made of best materials in the market. Our handbags range between superb quality faux leather and premium, extra luxurious genuine leather; both collections are made of super quality materials. Our vision is to rapidly expand within UAE, GCC countries and, eventually, across the globe. Our brand, HAUTE/KNITE, represents all things trendy and feminine from scarves, shawls to accessories and handbags. With that out of the way, let’s talk about some basics:

Ordering and shipping:

• No orders shall be accepted from persons under the age of 18
• To serve you even better and after careful considerations, we appointed UPS (UPS is a trademark of United Parcel Service of America Inc.) as our preferred courier company for their reliable and fast service. Once a purchase is made and your order is fulfilled, you are requested to kindly track your shipment(s) through UPS website using the tracking number provided by HAUTE/KNITE. 
• Products in stock are normally delivered within specific days as per timeframes outlined by UPS. These are usually 2-4 workings days domestically (within UAE) and 7-15 working days internationally.
• UAE Delivery Fees will be a Flat Rate of AED: 25 and Delivery Fees outside UAE will be mentioned on the checkout page depending on the country and location. Avoid any delivery delay by providing your full address along with your contact details
• Product labelled as “sold-out” are replenishable so clients are encouraged to pre-order by emailing their requests to support@hauteknite.com. We will do our best to produce/source and deliver the item to you no later than 30 working days after HAUTE/KNITE has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation.
• Due to the current Worldwide Pandemic (COVID-19) there may be some delays with receiving your order. While we partnered with the best shipping company to deliver your goods, you are requested to kindly account for a slight delay beyond UAE territories. We strive to have your items delivered to you on time & will endeavor to have them dispatched in a timely manner. However, we cannot be held accountable nor can we predict a delay in receiving your orders due to the rules & regulations your local Government/Country have put into place which may lead to delays in you receiving your order. Please consider the above when placing your order. Most orders are currently still being delivered on time however please keep in mind that there could potentially be a delay.
• Product images are made for illustrative purposes only. A product color may appear slightly different based on your screen settings so, while we do our best to match your expectations and display accurate product details, it’s inevitable finding a minor discrepancy in received product’s specifications and measures
• All payments are displayed in United Arab Emirates Dirham AED or Dhs, but you can choose to pay equivalent amount in any currency of your choice depending on your credit card issuer’s terms and conditions
• We will not be able to process VAT refunds for international customers
• Cash-on-delivery is possible inside UAE for additional service charge of AED 22. The service charges will not be refunded if you decided to return the product. We will refund COD amount through a bank transfer, or if you wish, it could be credited towards future purchases.
