Return Policy:

• You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you receive it.
• During these 5 days, you can email or send us a WhatsApp notice asking for return and refund.
• If 5 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
• Returned items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Returned items must be in in its original package.
• Removal of stickers or taped/attached labels deems a product “used” and may lead to declining your return or refund request.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
• Personal items such as earrings are non-refundable for hygiene purposes
• You are responsible of understanding your country's customs or import regulations and local tax fees. not knowing these regulations is not a valid reason for a return or a refund.  
• No return is allowed when Cash-on-Delivery (COD) or Tabby (instalment or deferred payment) services are used. We will only allow exchange in these cases however you will have to bear shipping fees.
• No return or exchange is allowed during SALE or promotions. No such requests will be entertained. 

Refund Policy:

• Please ensure that the address details you provide are accurate as we are not liable for a refund if you have entered the incorrect address when ordering so please enter your details carefully
• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). 
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
• We will deduct shipping cost and 50% of items value, if you gave wrong delivery address, were unresponsive when called by the courier company for delivery or refused to receive/collect the item for unjustifiable reasons.
• Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed
